  1. America last 3 games are probably the hardest games for any country going forward. Because every team is playing to go to world Cup. Knowing America record on away games. I can actually see America ending up 4th or not at all. There is a alot of talk about America being a shoe in but there is also a big possible what happen in Trinidad will happen again. America needs to start playing more away games to better condition the mentality of Americans going forward.

  2. We should not play again on this temperature .. USA doesn’t need the extra help agains team from CONCACAF .. also we don’t perform as we should with 5 degrees either , we won because we are better (respect to Honduras)

  3. Steffen, dest, Zimmerman, Robinson, Robinson, Adams, Mckennie, Reyna (central), Weah, Pulisic, and Pepi my 11 vs Mexico we have to attack our wide where they are weaker, and our midfield needs to dominate their elderly midfield. That’s the only way we can keep them from attacking much, and having possession which is fundamental.

  4. USSF should be embarrassed and ashamed for having the match held in MN in February. It was an unnecessary risk to everyone's health – the field was soft in some areas and concrete in others – in addition to the increased likelihood of muscle injuries in cold weather. USMNT players dodged a bullet, but why put our players in that environment. Honduras' place in the table was set months ago and to think that we needed sub-freezing conditions to somehow "level" the playing field against a sub-par team is stupidiculous!

The question has to be asked – did the venue, field conditions, weather, put the USMNT players in the best possible position to play their best ball? To me the answer is an emphatic NO!

So why, why, why, did USSF do this to their own players? I think it speaks volumes to the incompetency at the top and an over reliability of data/analytics instead of COMMON SENSE.

However, at the end of the day, "the plan worked" and USMNT got the WIN…The weather was brutal, Hondurans were distracted, and USMNT players were "least uncomfortable" in the weather. So because "everyone loves it when a plan comes together" the collective leadership of USSF will pat each other on the back and consider themselves soccer cheesmasters.

  5. USA team tuvo que congelar al equipo de Honduras para ganarse los 3 puntos.. que movimiento mas desesperado contra un equipo tan pobre y sin oportunidades como Honduras… quiero verlos contra Canada a ver como les va ! saludos desde suramerica..

  6. We're still terrible in the defense. Which Is why fast counter breaking teams have an edge on beating us. They don't get back sometimes if they lost the ball on a break in their own end.

  7. Isn’t the argument that LDLT is coming for Roldan’s spot?
The goal would have been offsides but the guy shot it into a defender at point blank range…when are you going to leave him home and bring LDLT and Busio? Give us actual depth without steep talent decline.

  8. Interestingly, since this hexagonal/octagonal format has been in place (1998 i believe) Canada is the first team in Concacaf to ever win six straight games. That is both surprising and impressive.

  9. Jimmy the glasses are killing me. I wanted to say it last time you wore them. It looks like eyes with the reflection of the ring lights in them. Don’t hate it just distracts me a little.

  10. And yet… in march… usmnt won't win in mexico, panama will just the same beat honduras at home…
And EVERYBODY will again lament about how crucial a win vs panama will be.
Because beating honduras is the bare minimum to do.

  11. And to think. There where puntits saying we shouldn't be hosting these games in cold conditions??? Our national team played in extreme humid conditions in Brazil, will play in hot conditions in Qatar, and have had bottles, nickels and cups filled with urine thrown at them when they play against other countries. Shut the fhuck up.

  12. Richards over Robinson everyday when he is healthy, Robinson is slow and has been out of position against good teams. Also Bussio was sick that isn’t his fault and he will be called back in.
