  1. Soccer, the word invented by the English. Ever hear of Soccer Sunday?

Nobody in the U.S. gives a fuck that you guys get angry over a dumb word created in Europe. Get an education please.

  2. Honestly it’s cultural that’s why now I’m not making excuses it’s pretty much what sport is popular in your country and what you grow up on or what catches your eye. I play football but before I started I played soccer(foutball” probably butchered that) for a bit and it was sorta fun but I just missed the physical aspect of football so I started again. People will like different things what can you do about it

  3. In the US, football (soccer) has always been seen as a foreign sport, where as American Football is seen as patriotic. Hip Hop controls the popularity in US culture. The sport will be embraced as soon as it starts evolving and begins to be played in the streets. Once football (soccer) will be embraced by hip hop, rest assured that the US will elevate its game and contend for world class titles.

  4. Americans do not compete in a challenging sport. They go with their football, basketball and all these things which have no good popularity around the world. Soccer is a very competitive and highly followed game in the world.

  5. In my opinion, soccer is boring as hell. 90 minutes of watching two teams kick the ball around and the match ends in a tie. I find street soccer better but still. Football, Baseball, and Rugby are the best sports and unlike soccer a lot more fun to watch.

P.S. I'm from Serbia, and my friends and I watch and play American Football and Rugby all the time.

  6. The adds during a match are bigger than the american football is. What I learned after watching an american football match is that americans love to drink beer, get erectile dysfunction and buy cars, and insurance.

  7. Americans have football, He LOVE football, Its our nation's most popular sport, It brings us together . . . . . . . As for Soccer in the immortal words of Rhett Butler frankly my dear we don't give a damn.

  8. As an Indian I felt that cricket was the strangest sport as it is popular in 10-15 nations only.

But American football is here to give my sport some sympathy.

  9. Europe should centralize all the best teams in a super league of some sort. Otherwise it's not fun to watch better teams keep beating mediocre teams with low budgets.
Maybe some kinda salary cap is required ?

  10. I really think American football is one of the most interesting game. It's like playing chess with human pieces. Many countries can't play them due to there being an alternative or It's just stupid expensive in both gears and infrastructure required.
I tried to enjoy ⚽️ but it's just too damn boring with few exceptions in between.
NFL and NBA are far better product. Baseball sucks big time in regular season but Baseball generally have one off the best playoffs especially in the recent years.

  11. Man why is it so fun making fun of American sports? I dont get it. I tried to watch American "football" and got bored in a second, its literally just an oversized bulky men fighting for an oversized peanut lmao ?
