  7. I couldn't believe USMNT fired him months before World Cup 2018. They should had allowed him to ride out the qualifying
    period. This way Juergen K would had gotten the full blame for not qualifying for this past World Cup. He was controversial
    in his tactics and player selections, i.e. unbelievably not including L Donovan in World Cup 2014!!!
    In my book he will forever be remembered as the best footballer in the GER vs Nthrlnds World Cup 1990 knockout stage match. Look at the commentary from European journalists following the match. Following the ejection of two prominent players from each side, creating wider space for his galloping gait he was like a gazelle chasing the ball!!! The Germans were in pursuit of avenging their loss to ARG in World Cup 1986 and the Nthrlnds were the best team at the time, i.e. Euro Cup 1988 champs!!

  8. I sincerely believe that thanks to Klinsmann US soccer grew substantially! I understand that you make coaching changes when things are not working, but still think maybe they could have keep him for the final wc qualifiers games

  29. I m still mad he left out Donovan in the 2014 World Cup. I still believe we had a chance against Belgium if he played and we could have used his leadership on the field. I m more mad he was taking five times the Salary Bob Bradley was taking and he probably did better with the team.

  32. U.S. Football Federation sounds better and is nearer to the original name of football's governing body in America. What is with calling the beautiful game soccer anyway, a word made up by a British private schoolboy. Football was the original name of this wonderful sport in America, so why be bullied into using a word that sounds like an incitement to hit women, just because some Johny Come Latelys invented a sport, and also called that football. That is right folks, gridiron came after football in America, but for some reason the football community and governing body surrendered the word football and took to using the word soccer. Why?
