  1. Poch says what you want to hear but his selections are inconsistent with his message. Selection based on current performance but still picks players like Agyemang and Roldan.

  2. softball questions every time – ech question is about each player on the roster 1 by 1 ….snoozefest. someone ask poch if mls has ever conteacted him or communicated with him about the roster and about callups? has don garber ever encoureged him to help mls with the usmnt? etc

  3. Can someone please just let him speak in Spanish and put AI English translation on a video? I love to hear what he says but I can’t understand half of it since he mixes language languages.

  4. I dont understand why people think that we need more Euro players. IMHO, the USMNT attacking players from Euro teams just dont perform well, at least not consistently (Poche refers to players not being fit enough to play 3 games a week). MLS players seem to create more opportunities upfront. That said, our defense is a whole different issue. Our games that leaned towards more MLS players on field, had better results then ones that leaned more towards Euro players on field. We could use more Euro players in back, and MLS players upfront, but for years we had it reversed. I think Poche is on the right track. USMNT's issue is listening to eurosnobs for advise of how to move forward. Poche is the way.

  5. I love the answer on Musah and Scally. Especially when it's coming from Jeff Carlisle. Him and the rest of the ESPNFC crew have slammed Poch far too much lately. Musah and Scally are replaceable.

  6. I truly enjoy his press conferences. His coaching philosophy not only thinks outside the box, but fully encompasses every angle of getting the most out of his players. He talks about how players need to be ready to play every 3 or 4 days just like a tournament setting. He also left the door open for some other players to return in November as well as some not returning then. So much more if you learn to read in between the lines.😅

  7. I do like how he said players who aren't in are not asking what they need to be there. If they are desperate then they will call and ask, hey coach what do I need to make it

  8. Musah I get not being there because he hasn't been that good. Sally has been one of the most consistent performers in Europe, not in a great club but doing well. It seems more personal though. Playing every week in Germany compared to playing every week in MLS. Makes no sense because he's been decent with the USMNT
