45. Unlike the Americans, the Russians do not flatten the whole cities with bombs, and then look like mighty warriors by rolling their tanks in with little to no resistance. That's their fellow Russians and Russian speakers living there, and the Ukrainian military is very good at hiding behind women and children by placing their hardware among apartment buildings. Of course the Russians are taking it slow. And what's the rush, the whole spring and summer's ahead. Slowly but steadily they are wearing out the Ukrainians, destroy their hardware and repair facilities, blow up fuel storage depots. The Russians are playing chess, not checkers.
